Yes, We are moving again. This makes # 12 in 12 1/2 years. I know crazy!! Ryan found this house while running one day. It is such a big pretty home. One we thought we would never afford. Ryan kept on running past it and months went by and the weeds got higher and higher. He called our real estate guy (Art Bingham) and asked him about it. We placed a bid ($85k less than the asking price) and after a month of nogotiations we got the house. Timing was not ideal seeing that I am 37 weeks pregnant, but the price was. We got the keys and the house was officially ours this past Monday (August 7th). It felt good to finally be able to work on the house.

This house's story...What happened was the previous owners moved to Utah from California after selling their home for $600,000. They bought this house for $300.000 in cash and decided to live off the rest of that money. Once that money was gone the husband made some bad choices and got into drugs and their life started going down hill. They took some money out of their home to live but found themselves getting a divorce and unable to make there monthly payments. The house was trashed. You could see the fights in the home. It was a mess. After we got the keys we began cleaning up. We had a group of friends come in (the Wiser fam, some of Stirling's friends and a boy next door) and we were able to accomplish so much. Laura Wiser spent an entire day cleaning up the stove and microwave. She is such a good friend to come do that for me. It was a mess. We gave our notice to our landlord and have 7 more days to be in our new home and out of our rental. It is really hard because I am getting so big. I am not able to do all the things I usually do in a move. Ryan has been great and I am learing how to lean on other for help. We are not able to do this on our own. We have a guy painting and repairing holes in the walls. He is doing a great job (Henry). Then we will have carpet installed next week and then we can started hauling everything into the house. WE have our down stairs and most of our garage put in our new homes garage which is so big. Today our family has been extremely tired from all of the packing and moving. Ryan leaves for Price Utah tomorrow to work at a fair. He will be back in two days. What a crazy life we are living right now. I will post pictures of our house. I didn't get the inside but the outside is really pretty. Especially once we get the yard all cleaned up.
